The company's purpose, both in Switzerland and abroad, is to carry out all mandates of administrators, auditors, liquidators and executors of wills, either personally or as a trustee; to keep accounts, carry out audits, accounting, economic and tax expertise; to establish, organize, reorganize, manage and administer companies; it may monitor and follow up on construction sites, as well as carry out all construction and maintenance work on buildings; it may carry out all brokerage and securities transactions, as well as all real estate transactions, except for those prohibited by the LFAIE (for full purpose see articles of association).
