The Social Vegetables aim to: a) Promote sustainable organic farming that aims for resilience and autonomy, accessibility and maximum locality, while respecting soil preservation, biodiversity and the 3 fundamental pillars of sustainable development, namely environmental, social and economic. b) Encourage education related to food, seasonality and production that also respects the principles of sustainable development for both adults and children, while offering a welcoming space that prioritizes social bonding. c) Provide a framework for personal reconstruction and/or reintegration, both social and professional, in order to highlight the value of each individual.
