The purpose of the company is to finance, invest, manage, advise and manage in all areas of the tertiary sector. As a secondary purpose, the company may, in Switzerland and abroad, establish branches; carry out any financial, commercial or industrial, material or immaterial transactions (except for transactions prohibited by the Federal Act on Banks) that are directly or indirectly related to the company's purpose; grant loans to its shareholders and third parties; assume guarantees for bonds subscribed by shareholders and third parties; secure these loans by issuing or pledging mortgage-backed securities or by signing any other financial commitment.
