The company's purpose is the acquisition, holding, management and disposal of participations in all commercial, financial, industrial or other enterprises (in compliance with the Federal Act on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners, LFAIE). The company may also participate in group financing, in particular by granting loans to its direct or indirect shareholders (including participants) or to other group entities or by granting guarantees or other securities of any kind to third parties to secure the obligations of other group companies.
