The company's purpose is to provide and broker services in the medical and related non-medical fields, including personnel services. Furthermore, the company aims to conclude franchising and/or licensing agreements and to trade in and manufacture products in the medical and related non-medical fields. The company may establish branches and subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad and participate in other companies in Switzerland and abroad. The company may acquire, hold, manage, encumber, utilize and sell real estate and intellectual property rights in Switzerland and abroad, as well as finance other companies.
