It may create branches in Switzerland and abroad, participate in other companies, acquire or establish companies with an identical or similar purpose, carry out all movable and immovable transactions, provide guarantees, act as guarantor, grant loans to associates or third parties and conclude all contracts suitable for developing its purpose or related thereto directly or indirectly.
