The company's purpose is to operate a transportation business for people with disabilities. It may, in Switzerland and abroad, create branches, participate in other companies, acquire or establish companies with identical or similar objectives, carry out all financial, commercial, industrial, movable and immovable property operations except those prohibited by the LFAIE, and conclude all contracts suitable for developing the social purpose or directly or indirectly related to it. The company may grant loans or guarantees to its partners or to third parties if this promotes its interests.
