The purchase, sale, development and operation of any agricultural, horticultural or viticultural land and businesses, and all activities related to this purpose in accordance with the Federal Law on Rural Land Rights of October 4, 1991 (LDFR); it is specified that in Switzerland, the company may acquire real estate or take participations in companies holding real estate, provided that these have an exclusively commercial use; it may also, in compliance with the LDFR, carry out all financial, commercial, movable and immovable transactions in Switzerland directly related to the main purpose, participate in all companies having a direct relationship with the purpose, grant loans or guarantees to subsidiaries, shareholders or third parties; it may take and manage participations in any other company.
