The company's purpose is: the acquisition, holding, administration, management and sale of all direct or indirect participations, in the sense of a holding company, specifying that it may only hold, in Switzerland, on a real estate plan, participations in real estate companies with exclusively commercial use. It may also carry out, either on its own account or on behalf of third parties, all financial, commercial, movable or immovable transactions directly or indirectly related to its corporate purpose and take an interest, in any form, in all similar companies, in particular by taking participations in similar companies. The company may also establish branches and subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad.
