The company's purpose (strictly in accordance with the rules regarding the acquisition of real estate by foreigners) is: a) all activities in the real estate sector, in particular the operation of a general construction company; b) the trade, import and export of any product, item and process related to its purpose; c) as an ancillary activity, the execution of all commercial and financial transactions - whether movable or immovable - directly or indirectly related to the above-mentioned purpose(s), as well as the acquisition of interests in any Swiss or foreign companies pursuing identical or analogous purposes. The company may also grant loans and/or guarantees, in any form, to its shareholders or to third parties. The company may carry out its activities both in Switzerland and abroad.
