The company may also: carry out all commercial, financial, movable, and immovable transactions, the latter provided that they are not subject to the Federal Law on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Persons Abroad of December 16, 1983 (LFAIE), and, in general, carry out all operations that have a direct or indirect relationship with the corporate purpose in Switzerland and abroad.
