To promote the construction of public utility housing in French-speaking Switzerland, in the sense of the federal laws of October 4, 1974 and March 21, 2003; to provide the population of French-speaking Switzerland with moderately priced housing, with or without public support; to participate in companies with the same purpose; to raise funds to support this type of activity; to assist in the financing of companies with the same purpose; to organize courses, seminars and training related to the purpose; to carry out all operations that directly or indirectly relate to its purpose and promote its development.
