Preservation and promotion of the Ronal Group as an independent production company; provision of contributions to vocational training and further education of talented young people and their general promotion; distribution of contributions to scientific research, in particular in the field of wheel technology; care for the employees of the Ronal Group and their dependents and survivors through the provision of support in cases of old age, death, illness, accident, disability, unemployment and unforseen hardship. For this purpose, the foundation may participate in foreign and companies of the Ronal Group and carry out all commercial and financial transactions that are conducive to its purpose.
