The company's purpose is to provide administrative, commercial, financial, and legal services. It cannot engage in activities subject to the Ticino Canton Trustees Law (Lfid) towards third parties but exclusively in favor of the subsidiaries, affiliates, or companies otherwise related to the shareholders of the company itself. The company may also hold shares in Swiss and foreign companies, grant loans and guarantees to group companies, as well as establish branches or subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad, and carry out all operations directly or indirectly connected to the achievement of the company's purpose.
