The cooperative can acquire, manage and sell real estate, as well as enter into all transactions and conclude contracts that are suitable to promote the purpose of the cooperative or are directly or indirectly related to it. The cooperative informs about the old, acephalous forms of community and initiates corresponding teams. The cooperative is also a social voice for the existing personal, business, institutional and legal problems and their corresponding solutions in connection with today's fragmentation and conducts corresponding public relations work to raise awareness and attract new members.
