The foundation aims to preserve the collection of images by Jürg Ganz 'Self-portraits: People between Representation and Psychogram'. The foundation board determines which measures are necessary to preserve the collection and how it can be made publicly accessible. The foundation board is authorized to transfer the collection to a public institution as a permanent loan. A donation is not excluded if the foundation cannot otherwise guarantee the preservation of the collection. The foundation has a non-profit character and does not pursue any commercial purpose.
