To contribute to a wider use of thermal solar energy in buildings, the Association trains and supports owners so that they can a) realize their own solar thermal installation (self-construction) and, if necessary, evolve it into a complete heating system using wood energy; b) master and maintain their installation; c) contribute to the promotion of thermal solar energy if possible. It offers ongoing training to self-builders to ensure follow-up of their installation, promotes thermal solar energy, collaborates within the Sebasol network, develops social links by pooling individual skills, and raises public awareness of the production and rational use of energy.
