It may grant loans and provide guarantees in favor of any person, in particular its shareholders and directors. The company may, in direct or indirect connection with its purpose, carry out all financial, commercial and real estate transactions, except for those prohibited by the LFAIE, participate in all enterprises or activities in Switzerland and abroad, and create branches in Switzerland and abroad.
