To promote youth activities by making available the properties located in Cragno (Mendrisio-Salorino) on plots 16, 18, 20, 21, 100 or others that may be added to the assets to all apolitical organizations operating in the municipality of Balerna. A special use will be granted to the Sezione Esploratori San Vittore di Balerna, which will also be responsible for current management. If not occupied as per paragraphs 1 and 2, the properties may also be rented to other groups or associations.
