To own on behalf of its shareholders a portion of the co-ownership shares by floor of the building located in Geneva, rue Robert-de-Traz 14; to grant its shareholders, on the premises corresponding to the said co-ownership shares, an exclusive right of use and development in accordance with articles 712a and following of the Swiss Civil Code and the administration and use regulations, subject to compliance with the obligations arising from a rental agreement; to consent to the registration of personal easements on the said co-ownership shares.
