To own on behalf of its shareholders a portion of the co-ownership shares by floor of the building located in Geneva, chemin Rieu 15 and 15A; to grant its shareholders an exclusive right of use and development of the premises corresponding to the said co-ownership shares, in accordance with articles 712a and following of the Swiss Civil Code and the administration and use regulations, subject to compliance with the obligations arising from a rental agreement; to consent to the registration of personal easements on the said co-ownership shares.
