The cooperative's primary goal is to provide its members with high-quality housing at affordable, cost-based rents in the long term. In doing so, it works towards the creation of sustainable living spaces while promoting local synergies and solidarity. To achieve this, it pursues the intentions outlined in its charter with its members - through self-management and joint action. To build its housing, the cooperative can acquire land or conclude superficies rights. The cooperative's activity is of public utility, non-profit, and outside of real estate speculation. The cooperative can participate in projects with similar goals. The cooperative can offer commercial spaces for non-profit purposes in its buildings. The cooperative maintains its buildings in good condition and renovates them periodically. There must be a balance between the size of the premises and the number of users. The cooperative's land, houses, and apartments are in principle non-transferable. For justified reasons, the general assembly decides on the transfer and its modalities with a two-thirds majority. The Board of Directors ensures that buyers are informed of any potential restrictions resulting from construction aid and that they commit to observing them.
