The cooperative aims to provide its members with housing at favorable conditions through their common and participatory action at all stages of the projects, based on the principles of public utility (Art. 55 OLOG); to purchase, build, renovate or manage buildings and to withdraw them from speculation, except for operations prohibited by the Federal Law on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners; to provide its members with an infrastructure that allows them to live in accordance with the principles of sustainable development (for the full purpose, see the statutes).
