The cooperative aims to create and maintain good housing at moderate prices for its members, in a common action and responsibility, in the sense of public utility, and to preserve it. It strives to offer living spaces for all sections of the population, particularly for single people, families, the elderly and those with special needs. It encourages living together in a spirit of responsibility towards the general interest and mutual solidarity. It may offer commercial premises in its buildings (cf. statutes for full purpose).
