Through the joint action and co-responsibility of its members, the cooperative aims to provide its members with self-managed and community housing spaces at moderate rents, and to preserve them, while permanently removing these dwellings from speculation; it promotes community life in the sense of global civic responsibility and reciprocal solidarity (for complete purpose see statutes)
