Through the joint action and co-responsibility of its members, the cooperative aims to provide its members with safe housing at moderate rents, based on the principle of cost-based rent, and to maintain them; offer housing for all segments of the population, particularly families, people with disabilities and the elderly; promote community life in the sense of global civic responsibility and mutual solidarity.
