The purpose of the company is: a) to clear the access roads to the 28 villas in the La Mottaz development in Apples (hereinafter: the villas); b) to make the cooperative's facilities (hereinafter: the facilities) available to the villa owners or to enhance their value; c) to defend the general interests of the villa residents (school issues, road maintenance, neighborhood upkeep, relations with the Commune, etc.). The company is non-profit.
