a) to acquire the assets of the Chalet des Petits-Ponts company, founded on December 27, 1887, in particular article 202 of the Brot-Dessus cadastre, for use as a cheese dairy; b) to operate and manage these assets by making them available to its members and seeking to make the best possible use of the milk from their cows; c) to promote the technical development of the dairy industry; d) to constitute an indivisible and inalienable social capital for their benefit through shares of CHF 100 each.
