The purpose of the company is to promote the interests of its members through joint action by purchasing, maintaining and jointly using agricultural equipment, machinery and instruments, and promoting the technical development of agriculture. It may acquire and sell real estate, as well as carry out all operations and conclude all contracts that are suitable for developing its purpose or related to it, with the exception of operations prohibited by the Federal Act on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners (LFAIE). The company does not pursue a profit-making purpose.
