The company's purpose is the acquisition, disposal, holding and management of participations in companies, with the exception of operations prohibited in Switzerland by the Federal Act on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners (LFAIE). Furthermore, the company is entitled to establish branches and subsidiaries, both domestically and abroad, and to acquire participations in other companies, both domestically and abroad, as well as to carry out all operations directly or indirectly related thereto. The practice also includes acquiring, encumbering, transferring or administering real estate, both domestically and abroad, with the exception of operations prohibited by the LFAIE.
