In particular, it pursues the purpose of promoting affordable housing construction in accordance with federal housing promotion legislation and corresponding cantonal and communal regulations. It is a member of WOHNEN SCHWEIZ - Association of Building Cooperatives. The cooperative can acquire or sell land, create, acquire, manage or rent residential buildings and apartments. The cooperative can participate in similar undertakings.
