Stiftung für Studentenhäuser

The foundation aims to provide one or more student houses to students of the University of Zurich and the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology, Zurich. To this end, the foundation can build buildings on land acquired as property or made available under a building right, acquire condominium ownership, purchase existing buildings, renovate or rent them, or facilitate their construction in any other way. The foundation can also manage and operate the buildings, condominiums or parts thereof, as well as individual rooms, that it has built, purchased, rented or otherwise serves the purpose of the foundation.
