The foundation aims to create offers for families in the region, particularly in the area of childcare. The foundation is non-profit and does not pursue any commercial purpose. The foundation can also participate in similar institutions, support them, or found new ones, as long as it is compatible with its main purpose or suitable to promote it. The foundation can acquire, encumber, dispose of, and manage real estate. The founders explicitly reserve the right to amend the purpose of the foundation in accordance with Art. 86a of the Swiss Civil Code.
