Pursuant to the provisions set forth in the foundation deed, the purpose is to preserve, create and acquire affordable housing, which is rented to individuals who support the social ideas underlying this foundation, at rents scaled according to the income and assets of the tenants, with particular consideration given to families who have difficulty finding suitable housing at affordable rents.
