The cooperative aims to maintain and regulate the use and cost sharing of the entire Hübelistrasse in Giswil and the existing rainwater drainage system. The Hübelistrasse serves to develop the properties located within the corresponding perimeter area. Maintenance also includes cleaning, snow removal, ice control, and cleaning of street manholes. The cooperative represents the common interests of the members with regard to the Hübelistrasse vis-à-vis authorities and private individuals. The cooperative may take over the corresponding road properties free of charge as its own property.
