The cooperative aims to restore and maintain the St. Joseph's Street from the St. Joseph's Chapel to the end of the street, as per plan, through joint self-help efforts. The cooperative may take all measures and conduct all business, as well as conclude contracts, that are suitable to promote the purpose of the cooperative or are directly or indirectly related to it. With the decision of the general assembly, it may also acquire street parcels as property, provided this is necessary and appears expedient.
