The cooperative aims to promote the business interests of its members through mutual self-help in the sense of Article 828 of the Swiss Code of Obligations. It accumulates securities and values from companies and private individuals in the national and international territory with the goal of obtaining loans and/or financing for its members or other parties connected to the cooperative in Switzerland and abroad. It coordinates synergies, resources, and know-how for the benefit of the cooperative and its members in Switzerland and abroad. To achieve this goal, the cooperative will use and apply all necessary instruments of free economic and trade traffic as well as available financial services. Furthermore, the cooperative arranges contacts with business partners in Switzerland and abroad. It can buy and sell real estate.
