It may import, provide services and engage in any activity, in any form, particularly in the field of human and animal nutrition. It may also establish branches, take participations in other companies in Switzerland and abroad, build, acquire and sell real estate, with the exception of any operation prohibited by the Federal Act on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners (LFAIE), and/or work with such companies.
