The Satori Association

The purpose of the association is to promote a community and create the technical framework conditions for technologies with a special focus on open and decentralized architectures. The association does not pursue any profit. The association may participate in other undertakings, acquire, utilize, manage and dispose of tokens, real estate and intellectual property rights, establish subsidiaries and branches in Switzerland and abroad, and furthermore carry out all other activities and legal transactions that may be conducive to the purpose of the association.
