The company's purpose is the purchase and resale of all raw materials, semi-finished products, as well as the purchase, sale and development of all real estate transactions, excluding all operations prohibited by the Federal Law on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners (LFAIE). It may carry out all commercial, financial, movable and immovable transactions directly or indirectly related to its purpose, or likely to facilitate its realization. It may participate by way of contribution, merger, subscription, participation or otherwise in all existing or future companies or enterprises abroad whose purpose would be similar to its own. It may create branches in Switzerland or abroad, take participations in other companies, acquire or create similar or similar companies, carry out all financial, commercial, industrial, movable and immovable transactions and conclude all contracts likely to develop its purpose or related thereto directly or indirectly.
