The purpose of the Company is: to acquire, hold, manage and sell direct or indirect participations in companies or businesses mainly abroad, in particular in commercial, industrial or financial companies and businesses (with the exception of operations prohibited by the LFAIE); to finance group companies and provide commercial, financial, administrative and legal services to other group companies in Switzerland or abroad; to grant guarantees or securities, create pledges or any other type of security or guarantee in favor of its direct or indirect shareholders, its direct or indirect subsidiaries, other companies in which its shareholders or subsidiaries hold shares, or in favor of any third parties, with or without remuneration.
