The company's purpose includes all real estate operations, notably sale, purchase, management, leasing, design, and construction, with the exception of operations prohibited by the LFAIE. The company may pursue its purpose through all operations, specifically through all contracts without limitation: as to their location in Switzerland or abroad; as to their object, whether it concerns tangible property (movable or immovable) or intellectual property or services; as to their execution, whether by the company, by branches of the company, by participations in other companies or by subcontractors. The company may also enter into loan agreements with its partners, as a debtor or creditor, or grant them guarantees, if this is in the company's interest.
