The foundation aims to provide occupational pension benefits within the framework of the BVG and its implementing provisions for the employees of the employer company (hereinafter referred to as the company) and for economically or financially closely related companies, as well as for their surviving dependents, against the economic consequences of old age, death, and disability. It can go beyond the minimum BVG benefits. The foundation also aims to provide support and benefits a) to employees in the event of old age or disability or in cases of need, such as illness, accident, or unemployment affecting them personally; b) to employees in cases of need, such as illness, accident, unemployment, or disability affecting their spouse, minor or disabled children, or other persons for whom they provide maintenance; c) in the event of the employee's death, to the surviving spouse, the divorced spouse, and to persons for whom they provided maintenance at the time of their death; and, in the absence of such persons, to their legal heirs.
