The association aims to promote water sports and leisure boating, in particular by managing and operating motorboats at reasonable conditions for its members. It may also acquire its own ships or moorings. The association does not pursue any profit-making intentions and is oriented towards the public good. Any profits will be retained to ensure future operations or used for non-profit purposes, as well as for the nautical training of members and their relatives. The association may participate in companies of the same or similar nature, acquire or establish similar or related companies, and enter into any business and conclude contracts that are suitable to promote the purpose of the association or are directly or indirectly related to it.
