The company may participate in other enterprises, establish subsidiaries and branches within and outside the country, grant loans, and make unused promissory notes on the company's properties available as security for a fee. It may also acquire, encumber and dispose of properties and, in addition, carry out all legal actions that the purpose of the company may entail.
