Occupational pension provision for the employees of the founding company, their relatives and dependents by providing support in cases of old age, death and disability, as well as support for the pension provider and their dependents in cases of need such as illness, accident, disability and unemployment. The foundation may also provide services to other tax-exempt pension institutions established for the benefit of the beneficiaries to finance contributions and insurance premiums. In particular, regulatory employer contributions can also be financed within the framework of the aforementioned pension institutions.
