The cooperative aims to create healthy and affordable housing for members of the Mühleberg community and its surroundings. The apartments are intended to serve families with children in particular. The cooperative seeks to achieve its purpose by acquiring and leasing or taking over land by way of building rights; building or purchasing suitable but simple residential and settlement houses; the cooperative conducts all business directly or indirectly related to this purpose; renting the apartments and settlement houses to members at moderate interest rates.
