Implementation

Delivery & commissioning

Automated dispensing of IT accessories such as mice, keyboards or charging cables via badge, RFID, app or employee number; with real-time stock, ticket creation and cost-centre allocation.

Warehouse management & replenishment

Automated inventory management of IT assets directly in cora, with real-time stock, minimum quantities, automatic reordering and replenishment without IT knowledge.

Asset rental

Temporary lending of IT assets such as charging cables, headsets or notebooks via self-service, including rules, return reminders, tracking and posting to cost centres.

Remote device staging

Remote preparation of laptops and tablets from within cora, including Wake-on-LAN, personalization by the service desk, flexible pickup and remote repair.

IT service point

Extension of existing IT service points for dispensing, returns and asset rentals around the clock, so that support teams can automate standard tasks.

Click & Collect

Integration with existing IT webshops for immediate pickup of ordered hardware; with real-time stock, reservation at the next cora station and automated warehouse management.

Device lifecycle management

Support for the full device lifecycle with automated provisioning, scheduled pickup, replacement, returns and documentation of laptops, smartphones and monitors.
