The foundation has the following purposes: to cover the costs of establishment and education and training of the members of the founders' family, in particular when they set up their own household or create an independent existence; to provide assistance and support to those members of the family, including the founders, who may need it (difficult financial situation, old age, illness and others), in particular by ensuring them a suitable accommodation and allocating sufficient amounts to enable them to lead a decent standard of living; the beneficiaries are the direct descendants (and the founders); in the context of the assistance provided, the members of the Foundation Board will ensure an equitable distribution among the different family branches.
