The company's purpose is to operate all types of public establishments, in particular cafes, restaurants, bars and tea rooms. It may, in Switzerland and abroad, create branches, participate in other companies, acquire or establish companies with a purpose identical or similar to its own, carry out all financial, commercial, industrial, movable and immovable transactions, all except for operations prohibited by the LFAIE, and conclude all contracts that are suitable for developing the company's purpose or are directly or indirectly related to it. The company may grant loans or guarantees to its members or to third parties if it serves its interests.
